Description

You will design and build scalable, secure enterprise-grade backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, ensuring clean, scalable code.
• Implement distributed systems patterns, including event-driven architecture with Kafka and resiliency strategies.
• Design and optimize database schemas for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis, focusing on performance and caching.
• Integrate AI capabilities, such as LLMs and vector databases, into enterprise applications securely.
• Design API-first architectures with proper governance, ensuring secure and reusable REST endpoints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java, multithreading, collections, and JVM performance tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot framework and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Java 17+ and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database design and optimization.
• Experience with distributed messaging systems, specifically Kafka.
• Knowledge of cloud-native principles, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kotlin for modern backend development.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Prompt Engineering, or semantic search.
• Knowledge of circuit breaker and saga patterns.
