Description

Design and build scalable, secure enterprise-grade backend services using Core Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, performant code in Java 17+ with strong multithreading and JVM optimization skills.
• Architect and maintain microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring resiliency through distributed system patterns.
• Implement event-driven architectures and secure REST APIs with proper governance.
• Design scalable database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB, optimizing for caching and performance.
• Integrate AI capabilities, including LLMs and vector databases, into enterprise applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java, collections, and concurrency.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot frameworks and microservices design.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven communication.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle and testing with JUnit.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Kotlin for modern backend development.
• Familiarity with AI integration tools such as LangChain, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with circuit breaker and saga patterns for distributed transactions.
