Description

You will build and maintain real-time, low-latency equity trading and stockloan platforms for Capital Markets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Implement multi-threaded processes and messaging systems.
• Manage version control and code deployments via Git.
• Write testable code using JUnit and Mockito.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 8+ and the Spring framework.
• Direct experience developing high-frequency or low-latency trading systems.
• Deep knowledge of Capital Markets, specifically Derivatives or Equities.
• Proficiency in WebServices, REST APIs, and Microservices.
• Experience with Kafka or Murex.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and multi-threaded processes.
• Practical knowledge of application security including SSL and certificates.

Preferred Skills

• Web 2 UI development using Angular 8+, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and WebSockets.
• C# development with WinForms.
