Description

Lead Neo4j implementation and client interactions for graph database architecture, designing scalable Java solutions and guiding distributed agile teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and client interactions regarding graph database architecture.
• Design, plan, and govern project implementation alongside program managers.
• Develop highly available and scalable solutions using Java and Graph technologies.
• Guide distributed teams through agile development processes and perform project assessments.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE.
• Extensive experience with Neo4j or other Graph databases like ONgDB.
• Proficiency in Cypher query language.
• Hands-on experience with Neo4j Plugins and APOC libraries.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful services and NoSQL database concepts.
• Applied knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Experience working in distributed agile environments with onsite/offshore models.
• Ability to travel to the Gothenburg office twice per month.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of operational activities including backup, HA, and DR planning for Graph databases.
