Responsibilities

• Design and develop data management tools to automate processes and increase efficiency.
• Contribute to open-source technology and develop legend language.
• Drive the adoption of cloud technology for data processing and warehousing.
• Collaborate with data consumers and producers to design appropriate data models.
• Apply domain-driven design to build complex business applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with React.
• Strong object-oriented design and programming skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases and database design.
• Experience with data curation, traceability, security, and performance latency.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts to extract business concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Financial Services industry experience.
• Experience in distributed system design.
• Experience with Pure/Alloy or working knowledge of AWS Lambda and Prometheus.
