Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own a product or functional area from requirement gathering through production deployment
• Design and develop both frontend and backend components for large-scale applications
• Create high-level and low-level system designs for end-to-end flow from UI to backend to database
• Proactively involve in deep diving, solutioning, unblocking, debugging, and tracking system issues
• Ensure execution excellence and ownership to take requirements to production on time with quality
• Serve as point of contact for team members on technical and functional queries
• Build and maintain cross-platform, responsive frontends, and scalable microservices and APIs
• Ensure reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of systems across the platform
• Review code and enforce engineering best practices across the development team
• Mentor and guide junior developers and senior engineers in technical growth
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and other stakeholders effectively
• Drive technical decision-making and technology stack selection for projects
• Improve code quality, test coverage, documentation, and deployment processes continuously

Experience Required: Senior technical leadership position requiring extensive experience in full-stack development, system design, and team leadership
