Description

Lead full-stack engineering for product areas, owning the lifecycle from requirements through production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices, REST APIs, and responsive frontends using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Create high-level and low-level system designs covering UI, backend logic, and database interactions.
• Debug complex system issues, unblock team members, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Review code, enforce engineering best practices, and drive technical decision-making for technology stack selection.
• Mentor junior and senior engineers while collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, and QA stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with extensive focus on Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript for building cross-platform frontends.
• Strong background in designing and building microservices and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and system design for large-scale applications.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through technical and functional challenges.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in code quality, test coverage, and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React Native, Node.js, or other backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Redis, Aerospike), message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and security standards (OAuth/OpenID).
