Description

You will serve as the Java Full Stack Lead, providing technical direction and hands-on expertise for the team.

Responsibilities

• Design application modules independently and contribute to overall architectural decisions.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned user stories and features from development through deployment.
• Lead participation in Agile ceremonies and execute all sprint-related technical activities.
• Troubleshoot, guide, and resolve complex technical issues across the team.
• Analyze requirements by participating in meetings with key business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven Full Stack Engineering experience (backend and frontend).
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Strong experience with Microservices architecture and Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, ADX, and DataBricks for data persistence.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies including Angular, Thymeleaf, and NodeJS.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Gradle, Terraform, and Helm.
• Knowledge of monitoring and DevOps toolchains like Grafana and Fluentbit.
