Description

You will own the development and orchestration of data workflows using Java and Apache Airflow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex DAGs in Apache Airflow, including custom operators and hooks.
• Lead migrations from legacy scheduling tools like Autosys to cloud-native orchestration platforms (AWS MWAA).
• Configure, scale, and troubleshoot Apache Airflow environments running on AWS MWAA.
• Implement data processing logic using Spring Boot and Spring Batch.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience with Java/JEE and RDBMS databases.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• 5+ years of specific experience with Apache Airflow, including custom DAG development.
• 5+ years of Python programming experience for Airflow DAGs.
• 3+ years of experience with Autosys job scheduling and administration.
• Expert-level experience with AWS MWAA (setup, configuration, security).
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud services (CloudWatch, IAM).
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB).
