You will own the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
• Analyze user requests to define system specifications and development plans.
• Facilitate design and testing interactions between development and QA teams.
• Create systems test plans, scenarios, and schedules.
• Handle data migration, conversion, and transformation tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
• Experience with SQL programming and relational database interaction.
• Familiarity with Web Services, RAD, and WebSphere environments.
• Ability to create and understand Oracle-based stored procedures.
• Knowledge of system integration testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with structured analysis methods.
