Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
• Analyze user requests to determine feasibility and define technical specifications.
• Create systems test plans, scenarios, and schedules.
• Coordinate defect reporting and validate fixes with users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.
• Experience with SQL programming and relational database interaction.
• Familiarity with Web Services and RAD methodologies.
• Experience utilizing WebSphere environments.
• Ability to read and create Oracle-based stored procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data structures and relational/multi-dimensional database design.
• Experience with HHSC systems.
