Description

Lead full stack development initiatives using Java and Angular while guiding system analysis and project execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system flows, and industry standards.
• Ensure application design adheres to the architecture blueprint and develop standards for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions that align with business goals.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work and managing project priorities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java backend development.
• Proficiency in Angular for full stack application development.
• Strong background in system analysis and software programming.
• Proven experience in managing and implementing successful software projects.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and manage multiple workstreams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
