Description

You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise systems supporting Manufacturing, Quality, and Order-to-Delivery business units.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements to design and validate enterprise-level applications.
  • Develop application and technology roadmaps for manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Maintain and enhance the functionality and uptime of existing legacy applications.
  • Manage vendor relationships for new and existing software implementations.
  • Interface directly with technology peers and business teams to act as a domain subject matter expert.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, SQL Server, and DB2 environments.
  • Proficiency in Object Oriented analysis and design.
  • Experience with EJBs, portlets, and microservice architecture.
  • Development experience using Java Swing GUI and Java FX.
  • Hands-on work with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
  • Understanding of JNI (Java Native Interface) and DLLs.
  • Experience with Web services using SOAP or REST and JDBC.
  • Working knowledge of JSP, JavaScript, and the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, MQ, SQL, Tomcat, and IBM WebSphere environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in Electrical or Electronics engineering.
  • Knowledge of vehicle electronics and IBM MQ.
