Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as an SME for Java full stack application support and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Take ownership of team decisions and support delivery outcomes across multiple teams.
• Analyze system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Provide effective solutions for complex technical problems impacting applications.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and improve support processes.
• Monitor application health and ensure high availability and reliability of systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for application support and operations.

Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Education: 15 years of full-time education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field)
