Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert for Java full stack application support, providing technical guidance and owning team decisions to ensure delivery outcomes. You will troubleshoot complex application issues, analyze system performance, and proactively address potential problems to maintain high availability. Your role includes facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and contributing to continuous improvement in application support and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and act as an SME for Java full stack application support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze system performance and proactively identify issues to ensure high availability.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities and support processes.
• Own team decisions and support delivery outcomes across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Java development.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of database systems including MySQL or Oracle.
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Proven experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (15 years of full-time education).
