Description

Lead the technical lifecycle of cloud-native software solutions from design through delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop software solutions by analyzing system performance and user requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software modules.
• Mentor engineering team members on technical decision-making, code reviews, and engineering standards.
• Lead technical discussions to build consensus among engineers and define architectural design standards.
• Plan and manage deliverables across short-term sprints and long-term software deployments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with frontend technologies including AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML/XSLT.
• Experience building RESTful web services and managing APIs.
• Deep knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud-native development using AWS (Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, Redshift, ECS, Fargate, Lambda, CloudWatch) or Azure/GCP.
• Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, algorithmic concepts, and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Python, Chef, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of OpenShift PaaS and Red Hat Linux.
