Description

You will lead the technical design and architecture of scalable, maintainable full stack web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable full stack solutions, leading technical implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs through collaboration with product managers and designers.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for development efforts.
• Define coding standards, development processes, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members while resolving complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in full stack development with a focus on scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in Java and server-side development.
• Expertise in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• Domain knowledge in healthcare, call center, or public sector.
