Description

Lead architectural design and technical delivery for multi-tenant SaaS products using AWS microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, customizable solutions integrating with third-party systems.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams of 5+ members, conducting code, performance, and security reviews.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define, prioritize, and implement new features.
• Identify infrastructure requirements and manage project delivery timelines and scope.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding technical talent.

Required Skills

• 9+ years hands-on technical experience, including 4+ years in team management.
• Expertise in Java 8, Spring MVC, Spring Security, JPA, and Hibernate.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, jQuery, and JSON.
• Experience building secure RESTful web services using XML and JSON.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture on AWS.
• Practical experience with SSO, OAuth, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, unit testing (JUnit), and integration testing.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US Healthcare domains.
