Description

You will design and implement enterprise-grade Java backend architectures and full-stack solutions. Your work bridges core backend engineering with emerging AI capabilities, ensuring scalable, maintainable systems. You will own the technical direction for REST APIs, database design, and integration of AI agents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver robust Java backend solutions using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Design and manage database schemas and optimize data layer performance.
• Integrate AI capabilities including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases into application workflows.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and AI agent logic to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate on frontend integration and ensure end-to-end delivery using Angular.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development and architecture.
• Deep expertise with Spring Boot framework and RESTful API design.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and database management.
• Practical experience with AI tools, including LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG patterns.
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding technologies.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Angular for full-stack exposure.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks.
• Experience with AWS Copilot and Spring AI/LangChain4j.
