Description

Lead technical direction and full-stack development for cloud-native applications. You will own the release pipeline, guide PR reviews, and manage off-shore delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through code reviews, merging, and deployment processes.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.
• Build and deploy scalable applications to AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
• Write efficient, secure, and well-documented code using OOP and functional programming.
• Manage off-shore development teams to ensure consistent delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java and the SpringBoot framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) with deep Vue.js experience (components, reactivity, virtual DOM).
• Hands-on experience with Vue CLI, Vuex, and Vue Router.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with MongoDB and Postgres databases.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven patterns.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud-native services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed off-shore teams.
• Proven ability to lead technical decision-making with minimal supervision.
