You will design and develop scalable, secure applications as a Subject Matter Expert, leading technical decisions across multiple teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of secure, scalable applications.
• Own team decisions and provide technical solutions across multiple teams.
• Implement software development best practices and ensure code quality.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage team performance and collaborate on key architectural decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Solid understanding of Spring Boot ecosystem, including Spring Data JPA and Spring Security.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Azure cloud platforms, including Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the financial domain.
