Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications and backend services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts for Java applications using Spring MVC.
• Mentor team members and enforce coding standards and technical best practices.
• Gather stakeholder requirements, create technical designs, and deliver functional solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, identify technical risks, and troubleshoot delivery issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java programming with strong OOP understanding.
• Hands-on experience building web applications with Spring MVC.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for frontend tasks.
• Experience working with relational databases and ORM frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities for fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
