Lead the design, development, and integration of complex software products. Own the full development lifecycle from solution design to integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects and engineers.
• Evaluate designs to ensure compliance with guidelines and mitigate failure risk.
• Drive the integration of new technologies and open-source standards.
• Manage technical relationships with internal and outsourced partners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Core Java and J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of JSON and consuming web services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and full release project life cycles.
• Knowledge of Jetty and Tomcat webservers.
• Experience using Eclipse and SonarQube.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture and API gateway integration.
• Knowledge of workflow, orchestration, or ordering frameworks.
• Experience with Open Source development and UI/UX tuning.
