Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications and mentor a team of developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
• Define and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to ensure scalability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members.
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies.
• Deep experience with the Spring Boot framework and RESTful services.
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, or cloud technologies.
