Description

You will develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-class web-based J2EE applications within a Service Oriented Architecture. You own the complete front-end stack, designing Single Page Applications (SPAs) with responsive design for client-facing use.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end stack, building self-contained, reusable, and testable modules.
• Design and implement SPAs with responsive design for client-facing interfaces.
• Participate in all SDLC phases, from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Develop and test UIs to ensure ADA and accessibility compliance.
• Analyze UI frameworks to identify configuration and performance tuning opportunities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript (ES5/ES6), jQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, and SASS.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, JSON, XML, and NPM.
• Expertise in implementing Authentication, Authorization, and caching strategies.
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, performance, and scalability in web UIs.
• Experience with build tools like Maven.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using Karma, Jasmine, or Selenium.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-level applications on the J2EE platform.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot Java applications and IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD, and cloud platform web applications.
• Development experience for mobile and tablet platforms.
