Description

Build enterprise-level applications using Java and modern web frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise applications using Java RESTful APIs and Spring frameworks.
• Design and implement multi-tiered web-based applications and microservices.
• Manage database access and design using RDBMS platforms and JDBC.
• Integrate DevOps practices and work within Agile development methodologies.
• Address enterprise requirements including security and entitlements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience building enterprise applications with Java, Spring (Core, Aspect, Boot, Batch), and Gradle.
• Proficiency in Core Java, preferably version 1.8.
• 1-2 years of experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and frameworks like Angular or ReactJS.
• Strong understanding of web services including XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Tomcat.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS platforms such as DB2 or MSSQL, including SQL and JDBC.
• Experience with multi-tiered Java EE design and programming.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting experience in Python, Unix, Perl, or Powershell.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Prior work in banking, brokerage, or wealth management industries.
