Description

You will execute backend development and implement technical solutions within a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend systems and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address business needs.
• Manage delivery timelines and maintain operational confidentiality.
• Work flexibly in shifts to support remote client locations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing and implementing NLP models.
• Strong logical problem-solving and reasoning skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Understanding of SRE principles.
• Ability to work in shift rotations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building chatbots or virtual assistants.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with big data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, or Cassandra.
