Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java and modern front-end technologies. Develop and optimize applications supporting Loan Management System (LMS) and related lending platforms. Work on Loan Origination System (LOS) and Collection Management System (CMS) functionalities. Develop backend business logic using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and related technologies. Design and develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Develop integrations with payment gateways, credit bureaus, risk management systems, and other third-party applications. Work on database schema design, SQL development, query optimization, and performance tuning. Implement automated workflows for document management, records management, and enterprise content management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both front-end and back-end components. Ensure applications meet required standards for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and responsiveness. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and production support. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, architects, QA teams, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Follow clean coding practices, design patterns, coding standards, and software development best practices. Contribute to system architecture and technical design discussions where required. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives. Support application deployment and troubleshooting in cloud environments. Continuously identify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, automation, and overall system quality. Work effectively within Agile/Scrum or Kanban development methodologies. Required Technical Skills Backend Development 6+ years of professional experience in Java Full Stack Development. Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE. Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA. Experience developing enterprise-grade backend applications and business logic. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and software architecture. Front-End Development Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework: React Angular Vue.js Strong knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+. Experience with HTML5 and CSS3. Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces. API & Microservices Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture. Experience integrating applications with third-party systems and external services. Good understanding of API security, authentication, error handling, and performance. Database Strong experience with SQL databases, such as: MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle SQL Server Experience with database schema design, complex SQL queries, indexing, performance tuning, and optimization. Knowledge of NoSQL databases is an advantage. Cloud & DevOps Hands-on experience working with at least one cloud platform: AWS Microsoft Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Understanding of scalable and highly available cloud-based application architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices is preferred. Tools & Methodologies Strong experience with Git/version control systems. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Familiarity with unit testing, automated testing, debugging, and code-quality practices. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working on banking, lending, financial services, or fintech applications. Experience with Newgen platforms, particularly LMS, LOS, CMS, SRM, or ECM. Experience with document management and workflow automation. Experience integrating with payment gateways, credit bureaus, risk engines, or financial systems. Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and distributed systems. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage. Understanding of application security and secure coding practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Java Full Stack Development. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines
