Description

You will build and maintain web-based applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate business analyst requirements into technical designs and source code.
• Develop unit test cases and support functional and system integration testing.
• Integrate component designs and manage deployments.
• Provide production support and adhere to established development schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in web-based application development.
• 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and MyBatis.
• Experience with multi-threading using core Java libraries and the Executor framework.
• Hands-on experience implementing RESTful web services.
• Proficiency with JBOSS, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, HTML, and Angular.
• Knowledge of AJAX, jQuery, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Strong SQL database design and stored procedures knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience developing property and casualty applications.
