You will build and deliver solutions using the WorkFusion platform, owning large projects from inception to delivery with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex real-world problems using the WorkFusion platform.
• Own large projects from inception to delivery with minimal oversight.
• Communicate directly with customers and partners during project delivery.
• Mentor and train teammates on technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of technical experience in Java full stack development.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and OOP.
• Experience with distributed systems and application integration via REST.
• Basic administration knowledge of Unix, Linux, and MS Windows.
• Ability to work with high-level requirements through critical thinking.
• Intermediate+ English communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prototyping skills.
• Performance analysis experience.
