Description

Build and maintain scalable Java applications for retirement, group insurance, and institutional banking sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions using Java for back-end services and modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end interfaces.
• Build and design RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Integrate banking, insurance, and retirement systems to streamline data flow across the enterprise.
• Develop and optimize complex database queries, stored procedures, and schemas for large-scale financial applications.
• Conduct regular code reviews and refactoring to ensure security, data accuracy, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack Java development.
• Proficiency in Java and modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Experience designing responsive, secure, and performant user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of database schema design and query optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
