Description

You will build and implement scalable JEE applications while supporting development and change initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-performance scalable JEE applications following existing architecture boundaries and coding standards.
• Write complex SQL queries and manage relational database interactions.
• Support production rollouts and change implementations through successful UVT.
• Apply design patterns and Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality.
• Meet development schedules and ensure solutions meet technical specifications and design requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java application development.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, JEE, and JBOSS EAP.
• Front-end development experience using React JS, Ember JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Object-Relational Mapping expertise using JPA and Hibernate.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle relational databases.
• Proficiency with JMS, XML, and XSLT.
• Experience with JUnit for testing.
• Solid understanding of OOP software concepts and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• REST API development and Java Web Services.
• Microservices architecture and workflow-based processing.
• Experience with JBOSS Rules and Jasper.
