Description

You will design and develop scalable enterprise web services and full-stack applications in Chicago, IL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of highly scalable REST and SOAP web services.
• Design and implement microservices-based systems within a distributed architecture.
• Develop front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Apply rigorous data structures and algorithms knowledge to core application logic.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java Enterprise development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring framework (Core, MVC, WS, Data, Security).
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Hibernate for data persistence.
• Experience with React JS or Angular for front-end development.
• Practical knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience using Docker containers.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
