Description

You will design and develop scalable, resilient systems using Java to drive iterative improvements for product teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts while ensuring design constraints are met.
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns that improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contribute to engineering communities of practice exploring emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in system design, application development, and operational stability.
• Proficient in Java with experience debugging and maintaining code in large corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of database querying languages and cloud computing principles.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts within software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to modern front-end technologies.
• Practical experience with AWS, Cassandra, Kafka, REST, Terraform, Spring Boot, JMeter, LoadRunner, or Dynatrace.
