Description

Develop and maintain scalable backend services and web applications using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, modular, and testable Java code for production systems.
• Build and maintain microservices architectures and REST APIs.
• Manage production deployments using CI/CD practices.
• Deploy and manage services within AWS cloud environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience building microservices.
• Proficiency with REST API principles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD practices and production deployment.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams.
• Familiarity with web application security concepts.
