Description

Lead full-stack engineering and GenAI integration for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable microservices using Java, Python, and TypeScript (React/Angular).
• Implement GenAI solutions including RAG, prompt engineering, and agent-based workflows.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling for seamless deployment.
• Integrate MCP servers and manage multi-agent architectures for autonomous AI execution.
• Design and optimize APIs for distributed cloud environments (OCP, GCP).

Required Skills

• 15+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Java, Python, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on expertise with GenAI/LLM tools (Devin, Claude, Anthropic) and frameworks like Cursor/Copilot.
• Strong background in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and microservices.
• Proven experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic service orchestration.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically OpenShift (OCP) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool chaining for AI agents.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent decision-driven execution across complex systems.
• Background in building autonomous AI workflows with tool usage and integration.
