Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications for customer-facing auto insurance platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust APIs to support front-end functionalities and integrate with insurance services and databases.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and enhance digital experiences.
• Develop, document, and execute unit test cases while performing code and design reviews.
• Establish and fine-tune CI/CD pipelines and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Lead technical projects, develop technical specifications, and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript within Agile environments using Test Driven Development.
• Strong experience with Angular and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, RxJS, Npm, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing and consuming Web Services (REST, SOAP) and APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL, PostgreSQL, and data constructs like XML and JSON.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks including JUnit, Karma/Jasmine, and Mockito.
• Knowledge of cloud-based container technology (AWS) and CDN services (Amazon CloudFront).
• Experience with security protocols including JWT, OAuth, OpenID, and SAML.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the auto insurance industry.
