Description

You will build and maintain scalable web applications across the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements and develop technical specifications, project plans, and test plans.
• Design and develop software prototypes and proof of concepts.
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions to solve complex programming problems.
• Resolve defects across QA, pre-production, production, and post-release environments.
• Manage the build-to-operate lifecycle using DevOps practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java and strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles and design patterns.
• Experience with front-end development using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Extensive experience developing RESTful Web Services and API design.
• Demonstrated expertise in AWS Cloud Services and Serverless technologies.
• Experience with unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of software design and architecture processes.
• Experience working within Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with distributed systems including Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS S3, ECS, RDS, KMS, MongoDB, or Lucene.
