Lead full-stack development across architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Design and build responsive front-end applications using Angular or React.
• Oversee code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and ensure best practices.
• Manage DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to development teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack expertise.
• Advanced experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
• Strong knowledge of system design and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture, Kafka, or messaging frameworks.
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, or Cypress.
