Description

Lead full-stack engineering for scalable, secure microservices and React-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-performance full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Design and operate event-driven microservices with Kafka, ensuring reliability and fault tolerance.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes and AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Optimize Oracle database schemas, SQL queries, and PL/SQL procedures for performance.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and drive CI/CD automation and engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Java development with expert-level proficiency.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem.
• Full-stack engineering with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
• Production experience deploying applications on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Strong Oracle expertise including SQL, PL/SQL, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Solid foundation in software engineering principles, design patterns, and Git/CI/CD workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare payments domain (claims, EDI, payer-provider integrations).
• Knowledge of AI/ML systems and proficiency in Python.
