Description

You will design, develop, and implement complex web-based solutions using Java and Spring frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate application requirements into scalable web-based solutions.
• Design and develop reusable components, accelerators, and frameworks.
• Implement Test Driven Development using frameworks like Mockito or MyMock.
• Apply Java Design Patterns and data structures to solve technical problems.
• Assist in the system integration of various components.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of computer programming experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• 2+ years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and service integration with Web Services, REST, and security integration.
• 1+ year of experience defining and maintaining architectural frameworks, patterns, and data structures.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Component frameworks.
• Experience building front-end applications using Angular, AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, and JSON.
• Knowledge of application concurrency.
• Experience with TDD, Microservices, and Design Patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or 3 years of equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid).
• Experience with system integration and data transfer between EBT, MMIS, HIX, ACA, and IES.
• Knowledge of benefit reconciliation and Medicaid (MA) business rules.
