Description

You will modernize the Market Risk Limit Monitoring system by re-architecting it from a monolithic 3-tier application to self-choreographing micro-services.

Responsibilities

• Implement micro-services using Java Spring Boot, communicating via Kafka.
• Develop user interfaces utilizing the in-house React-based UI Framework.
• Manage data persistence and caching requirements for individual services.
• Apply deep knowledge of Computer Science principles, Data Structures, and Algorithms to solve complex problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java features (e.g., Multithreading, Garbage Collection, Java Collections API).
• Experience with Spring MVC Framework and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in building and consuming Rest APIs and handling JSON.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB from an application developer perspective.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
• Understanding of IOC/MVC frameworks and multi-framework experience.
• Experience with React and associated components/libraries.
