Description

You will modernize the Market Risk Limit Monitoring system by re-architecting it from a monolithic 3-tier application to self-choreographing microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement microservices using Java Spring Boot with Kafka-based communication.
• Develop user interfaces using the in-house React-based UI framework.
• Manage data persistence and caching requirements for individual services.
• Apply computer science principles and data structures to solve complex architectural problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong Core Java knowledge, including Multithreading, Garbage Collection, and Collections API.
• Experience with Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and handling JSON.
• Hands-on application development experience with MongoDB.
• Familiarity with React and associated components or libraries.
• Understanding of IOC/MVC frameworks and multi-framework experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
