Lead application development and technical decision-making for multiple teams as a Subject Matter Expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application development process and manage team performance.
• Provide architectural solutions to technical problems impacting multiple teams.
• Implement best practices for application design, configuration, and security.
• Manage stakeholder communication and engage with cross-functional teams on key decisions.
• Oversee performance testing, optimization, and system monitoring.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java (version 8 or above) and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
• Strong expertise in SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
• Practical knowledge of BDD/TDD using tools like Selenium.
• Experience with Apache Camel, messaging systems, and API development.
• Competency in using JBoss, Vault, and cloud technologies.
• Background in Banking or TF sectors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Prompt Engineering and security implementation.
