Description

You will build and maintain full-stack applications using Java microservices and Angular.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build RESTful services using microservice technologies, JSON, mappers, and validators.
• Develop application components utilizing the Swagger REST API Framework.
• Implement mock interfaces and JUnit test frameworks to ensure code quality.
• Establish repeatable code practices and standards across the development lifecycle.
• Facilitate technical decisions and discussions with other engineers.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Java microservices development with Spring Boot 1.5.x and Spring Framework 4.x.
• Angular frontend development.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) using Cucumber or equivalent frameworks.
• JUnit testing and mock interface implementation.
• Experience with relational databases including MS SQL or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Splunk and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both new greenfield development and legacy system maintenance.
