Description

You will lead full stack application development for banking and capital markets projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team, assign tasks, and manage project progress within scrum schedules.
• Coordinate with clients to perform requirement analysis and application development discussions.
• Create technical project documentation, including sequence and class diagrams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, address project roadblocks, and conduct status meetings.
• Perform code reviews, track work status in Jira, and manage bug reporting and fixes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proven experience in front end and backend integration.
• Experience with application development and end-to-end testing.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in using Jira for task tracking and bug management.
• Ability to document technical architectures using sequence and class diagrams.
• Experience working within a scrum framework.

Preferred Skills

• Background in banking or capital markets domain.
