Description

You will lead the development, technical direction, and delivery of enterprise-level applications while managing offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for assigned projects.
• Lead technical direction using Spring or Angular frameworks.
• Manage offshore teams and oversee project deliverables to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Develop solutions utilizing core Java/J2EE fundamentals.
• Apply Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, to drive development processes.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise Java development, including Java 8 and Java 17.
• Expertise in core Java/J2EE fundamentals.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and Spring frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Mandatory experience in Project Management.
• Experience with Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JMS or IBM MQ.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch.
