Description

Develop and maintain full stack applications while providing advanced technical support for complex software and networked systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues that first-line support cannot isolate or fix.
• Support field engineers and technicians in diagnosing and debugging complex computer systems.
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance bugs directly to software engineering teams.
• Act as a customer advocate by supporting platform users and administrators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with JavaScript, dynamic HTML, AJAX, CSS, XML, HTML, and XHTML.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as AngularJS or React.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate and relational databases like MySQL or Oracle using SQL.
• Proficiency with SOAP and REST web services.
• Ability to gather and analyze various log files for debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Linux platforms.
• Experience with scripting languages.
