Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based software solutions in an Agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug complex software programs and major system modules.
• Deploy and maintain applications at scale using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Perform integrated and customer acceptance testing, including Selenium automation.
• Resolve complex application issues and provide off-shift support as needed.
• Provide technical guidance to team members within a Scrum framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience (6+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented design.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services (CloudFormation, ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Understanding of architectural patterns such as Microservices, MVC, and Event-driven.
• Experience deploying software using Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
