Description

You will build RESTful service layers and Angular web applications to implement business logic.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement business logic within a RESTful service layer and present data via Angular applications.
• Collaborate within a scrum team to develop user stories and features.
• Design code for loose coupling and ensure significant unit testing coverage.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support the IT roadmap to reduce maintenance costs while meeting business objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of coding and full stack development experience.
• Expert-level Java development, including object-oriented design and enterprise scale patterns.
• 4+ years of experience developing and maintaining software in a SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL and Oracle Database.
• Proficiency with the Spring framework and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Webservices, and SOAP messages.
• Hands-on experience with JSON, XML, XSD, JAXB, CXF, Maven, and JUnit.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
